You may use ShareCAD only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. File Content
You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant ShareCAD the right to store and process them solely for platform functionality.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or copyrighted materials without proper rights.
5. Subscription & Billing
Plans renew automatically unless canceled. No refunds except where required by law. See pricing for plan details.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShareCAD is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for damages, including data loss, downtime, or indirect losses.
